Yes. Every booking saves a card on file via Stripe. Set a cancellation window in your settings — clients can self-cancel inside that window for free. Outside the window or on a no-show, you can charge a fee to their stored card from the payment row.

Is there a free trial?
Yes — every Velixa account starts with a 7-day free trial of every feature. We collect your card at signup so the trial rolls automatically into your subscription, but no payment is taken for 7 days and you can cancel any time before then.
Do you charge per booking?
No. Velixa is a flat monthly subscription — take as many bookings as your diary will hold without paying any per-booking commission.
Will my clients get reminders?
Yes — every account sends an automatic email reminder roughly 24 hours before each appointment, included at no extra cost. SMS reminders are an optional pay-as-you-go add-on: top up credits in your dashboard whenever you want text-message nudges as well.
